All entities require an officer director filing by the Secretary of State (by the end of the following month of filing). Also, besides the state, the banks require this to open an account. We provide these additional services for $425. The expedited articles filing fee charged by the state is $260 and the Officer Director fee is $200 these fees are included in our prices.
Most companies need Office Identity this service provides a legitimate address for the client which qualifies the company for the "No State Income Tax" and Nevada's advantages in asset protection. This service is $395 per year plus monthly mail handling fees, these services are structured to fit the clients needs, which includes optional private business telephone service We have packaged the above services and call it the "Corporate Business Package". The cost is $1295 and is slightly higher for the other entities.
We can also provide Nominee Directors, Trustees, By-Law and Minutes preparation, Nevada taxation license (required by the state for all entities annually), annual tax preparation, operational support and more.
